The Enneagram is a personality and leadership development tool that describes patterns of how people interpret their motivations and the world around them. It utilizes nine personality types and organizes them on a nine-pointed diagram which helps illustrate how people relate to and communicate with one another. It can be truly transformational on an individual level, as well as relationally.

"I cannot recommend Libby's coaching services enough. She is not only professional, highly educated, responsive, and reliable (i.e. a dream to work with as a meeting planner), but she is also super fun and personable. Our entire team was extremely impressed, and we can't wait to work with her again - both professionally and personally."
-Taylor, Destination South Meetings + Events
"Libby sat with the whole office and we were able to dive down into our personalities for team building. I was hesitant at first that it would just be a "this is cool, moving on" type thing, but it totally wasn't. Is it safe to say we already see areas that Libby's coaching has come in handy? Yes? Okay, I'll say it: Libby rocked my office socks off. And I don't even wear socks."
-Jess, h2o creative group
"Libby did an incredible job working with my team to highlight our strengths and refocus us on our goals. She was fun, energetic, and non-judgmental as she presented our individual strengths and offered strategies for successfully working through our weaknesses."
-Katie, hospital nursing staff
"Our staff deeply benefitted from Libby leading an enneagram training. We were not only able to connect with ourselves on an individual level, but we were able to connect further as a staff. Libby gave us the tools to understand each others motivations and provide a different level of support as we collaborate. Our staff remained engaged throughout the entire training, in a way that paralleled an in-person experience. I would recommend a training with Libby for anyone looking to create a deeper sense of understanding within their working team." -Diane, Phi Mu Fraternity National Headquarters
"We loved having Libby join our recent virtual staff retreat and train our staff on the enneagram. Libby was fun and engaging, and both the self-awareness of the types for each staff member, as well as the conversations about how to communicate and work with one another were all extremely beneficial. Our staff came to the training with varying levels of knowledge about the enneagram, but by the end all had learned something new about themselves, or their teammates. We look forward to continuing these conversations and highly recommend Libby to any other teams or individuals looking to learn more about how to effectively work together."
-Rachel, Pi Kappa Phi National Headquarters
"Libby conducted a 4 hour session with my team and it was time well spent, particularly for a team that is practically new to the institution who are learning how to work with each other! The notes about stressors and self care were really poignant as we work in a profession that requires a lot of time and energy. Everyone was engaged and found tidbits that were able to apply throughout other training sessions. Libby was phenomenal is answering our questions and explaining the nuisances among they enneagram types. This session was the perfect addition to our staff training! I highly recommend to others who are looking for professional development and team building activities.
