The Enneagram is a personality and leadership development tool that describes patterns of how people interpret their motivations and the world around them. It utilizes nine personality types and organizes them on a nine-pointed diagram which helps illustrate how people relate to and communicate with one another. It can be truly transformational on an individual level, as well as relationally.
To learn more about the Enneagram,
visit the Enneagram Institute. Or just book an event!
A typical group session would cover these three main topics.
Explore the Enneagram—Introductory explanation of the tool and it’s effectiveness.
Determine your Type—Overview of the nine types, introduction to core motivations, desires, and fears - including help determining participants' types.
Team Development—Interactive session discussing use in team dynamics and communication.
And so much more...
We can offer completely customizable options to fit your needs and goals. I can connect the Enneagram to just about any topic you need discussed. Let's start a conversation to see what will be the most effective option for your group. All sessions can be offered through a virtual presentation or in person.
Topics can include but are not limited to:
"I cannot recommend Libby's coaching services enough. She is not only professional, highly educated, responsive, and reliable (i.e. a dream to work with as a meeting planner), but she is also super fun and personable. Our entire team was extremely impressed, and we can't wait to work with her again - both professionally and personally."
-Taylor, Destination South Meetings + Events
"Libby is an amazing facilitator who does a great job conveying her passions. She is great at engaging her audience so they feel heard, and can leave the experience with relatable and applicable information to support them beyond the workshop. I love Libby and her work. I highly would recommend her to anyone."
-Bethany, University of Texas Austin
"Libby did an incredible job working with my team to highlight our strengths and refocus us on our goals. She was fun, energetic, and non-judgmental as she presented our individual strengths and offered strategies for successfully working through our weaknesses."
-Katie, hospital nursing staff
"Our staff deeply benefitted from Libby leading an enneagram training. We were not only able to connect with ourselves on an individual level, but we were able to connect further as a staff. Libby gave us the tools to understand each others motivations and provide a different level of support as we collaborate. Our staff remained engaged throughout the entire training, in a way that paralleled an in-person experience. I would recommend a training with Libby for anyone looking to create a deeper sense of understanding within their working team." -Diane, Phi Mu Fraternity National Headquarters
"We loved having Libby join our recent virtual staff retreat and train our staff on the enneagram. Libby was fun and engaging, and both the self-awareness of the types for each staff member, as well as the conversations about how to communicate and work with one another were all extremely beneficial. Our staff came to the training with varying levels of knowledge about the enneagram, but by the end all had learned something new about themselves, or their teammates. We look forward to continuing these conversations and highly recommend Libby to any other teams or individuals looking to learn more about how to effectively work together."
-Rachel, Pi Kappa Phi National Headquarters
"Thank you for such an amazing workshop this weekend. I have heard so much positive feedback and I can tell so many people had such a fun time! Virtual meetings are not the same as in person and it has felt so hard to engage people on Zoom. It was so relieving and exciting to feel like we were getting back towards normal with your presentation!
Thank you so much for your time and thank you so much for helping us all better connect to one another and ourselves in our places here. I can say personally that this has prompted reflection in our discussions this week."
-Indigo, student organization Vice President
